Woke as far as Popes go? I guess I am grading on a curve.

The new Pope is great and is almost certainly “woke”. We don’t have to make up quotes. Please stop.

The US needs to make 75 or so trade deals. The UK needed to make 1. We are going to be less focused, familiar with fewer details, and have less competent people in every negotiation. We are going to get our ass handed to us in every deal.

I am way too drunk to processs this as a real thing. I’ll have thoughts tomorrow if it is real. But…I know he’s trolling….bit part of it is that he doesn’t even realize that a multi divorced racist ignorant asshole shouldn’t be pope. No qualifications needed for anything. Doesn’t register

Or that. A 20 pound weights loss is out of bounds with our expectations. So is it fake, is it ozempic, or is it indicative of some other health issue.

I mean… we know why, right? It’s all corrupt and she’ll be unethical to protect the administration. She’s more likely to investigate The Atlantic than the buffoons from national security.

Guy who thinks he can declassify documents just by thinking about it is apparently a stickler for paperwork.

I think it’s a tough position. Part of me thinks Trump wants a shutdown so he can just blame the Dems and then have some agencies never open back up. I do really wish though the Dems would at least project a unified stance on why they are voting yes or no.

I thought the reason most of us were here is the lack of Trump voters.

Look, I am as upset about how the election turned out as most of you, but we cannot cry fraud without evidence. Also, saying something “may have” happened is not “dropping a bomb”.

Agreed. They haven’t given evidence of any significant fraud or abuse. They seem to define “waste” and spending funds required by law for things they just don’t like.

Susan Collins is concerned. This is step one on the way to “Trump has learned his lesson” even though he hasn’t.

This has been arranged since August. Your article is poorly titled and doesn’t focus on Trump trying to false take some credit for this plan.

The Senate is 53-47 for the bad guys. Murkowski and perennially concerned Susan Collins could vote against and we’d still need to flip 2 more.

Tesla vehicles are consistently the most American made of major car makers. I understand the frustration with Musk, but tariffs on Tesla’s don’t make any sense. The Teslas you see on US roads are made in the US.
