Age lore stopped being canon a while ago as ages were removed from all the profiles (because Forces had a half-year timeskip + everything on the IDW comics is supposedly canon and happening between that game and Frontiers. Plus that game's voice direction has a quite deeper voice for Sonic...)

Tbh sometimes I see art tagged as genderbend and have to do a double take bc yeah we get it she's goth but the black-on-black looks too nude. They could at least play a little with the base shade or the material's properties to make it pop out from the fur.

As someone raised catholic I can tell you what they teach you in catechesis is mostly about Jesus turning things into bread. Like yeah they can tell the story of Solomon and the baby sometimes but they never told me about his sick demon collection.

Older material was much more flexible in terms of the expression and context but now it's easier to see center mouths on characters like Amy or Tails while the relatively more badass guys and girls keep the Dreamworks Poster Syndrome so much it's literally baked onto their face
