But it’s not really informed consent because if people were adequately informed, they wouldn’t consent! You’d think doctors and scientists who make and test vaccines are the most informed, yet they also get vaccines. Hmmmm. Antivaxxers don’t really do logic.

A couple weeks ago I spent an hour and a half trying to appeal a denial for a CKD medication. Insurance required patient also be on a generic ACE or ARB and apparently didn’t pay attention to the fact patient takes Entresto. Ended up faxing a rather aggressive appeal request.
