Right? I thought there were laws against this. If democracy ever returns to America and this clown isn't impeached AND convicted, well, I don't know. I'd say Americans should riot but they already should be doing that.

We're not backing down. You don't treat an ally like this, you don't treat your neighbour like this and you don't disrespect Canadians like this. I don't think Americans quite understand how ANGRY and united we are as a nation, no matter how many turds FOX news interviews to say differently.

Will the people paying the 25 percent surcharge on power care if a premier is calling it a tariff? They barely understand how their government works, let alone ours. He's just speaking their language. Canadians know he is a blowhard. (We're still miffed he was reelected. Again.)

Bless the 'Berta 'billies bring shame to us all. Siiiiigh. We should have known they'd have found a way beyond just blustering on facebook and honking horns in Ottawa.

This is what we call “moving the goal posts.” So now Canadians and Mexicans are being held responsible for the number of American deaths due to overdose? Y’all. Y’ALL. DO BETTER.

That ain’t the reason they’re illegal, but go on MSNBC. You’re so close to figuring it out…🤣

It’s standard UCP playbook in Alberta, Dale.

"ESCALATING" Fire whatever intern wrote this post because they clearly don't know what words mean. Canada didn't escalate. They retaliated in a trade war Donald started. Get your heads out of thy arses.

It's Canadian lingo for fighting, originating from hockey. Elbows up, gloves off, jersey 'em, over the boards and clear the bench are all part of it. We're at elbows up and about to throw down (gloves off.) We don't want to jersey 'em, BUT WE WILL, and no one wants over the boards/clear the bench.

I thought Smith's response was the bare minimum and rather tepid. It certainly didn't do much other than highlight her penchant for crossing the aisle, so to speak. But her response was a heck of lot better than Moe's next door. He continues to be a bootlicking wimp. A Saskatchewan shame, for real

Oh, you mean like he's in the process of doing to Canada? A foreign nation that he's going to war with for no reason? We're all a little busy right now.

Propaganda is winning. Americans are silenced into inaction by the increasingly alarming number of ways actual fascism has taken hold of their democracy. They’ve woken up to an economic war with their largest ally and NARY A FUCKING PEEP from them. Wonder if they’ll notice when they invade us.

Ermagerd. I need to try this! I didn’t know!

I have a Danish neck pillow, which I love, because I am a side/back sleeper due to my lower spinal injury. I love it so much and it solved all my neck issues. It took me a night to adjust but I've never looked back. However, my husband tried the same pillow and he haaaaaates it.

Holy shizzle. That’s just beyond … everything.

All the love to you. I get it. I've many American friends in the same position as you, feeling much the same way. Hang in there and keep fighting the good fight.

Having been to Sudbury, I wouldn't recommend it. LOL. (JUST KIDDING SUDBURIANS! All the love.) (but don't do it, Carter.) 😉

Agreed. And LetterKenny is the best depiction of small town Canadiana ever. Jared Keeso is a national treasure.

I agree with your sentiments. We are stronger when we have a community to stand with. As a Canadian, I’m used to standing next to my American friends and their country. Now their govt is threatening my nation with trade wars, annexation and threats of violence. It’s bewildering.

Luckily RFK doesn't control the scientists around the world and while decisions like this will slow progress down, it will not halt it. Canadians need to be vigilant when they vote to ensure we don't elect more of the same though. That's a real worry.

As a born & raised Edmontonian, I'd prefer to name the road after something local & meaningful to the city itself. Canada Way is nice but generic. Part of what makes Canada strong is the threads of our communities woven together into a beautiful tapestry. Let's honour a thread, not the tapestry.

Oh, I like this suggestion too.
