Jab is free in UK for (I think) over 70s. I had shingles a few months ago and was surprised how bad it was. The jab reduces your risk (didn't work for me) but does make the condition less serious if you do get it.

Recommended by a sleep clinic to help with night time overactive bladder. Reduced this old man's nightly excursions from about 5 to max of 2. Brilliant!
