DOGE’s gaslight accounting is getting covered from multiple outlets. A sampling from just this week: @politico.com @bloomberg.com @nytimes.com @nbcnews.com

If you have to blame a small minority of the population for the election results may I suggest Dem consultants?

The other exploding area of dark money in politics is the crypto lobby. They have dumped insane sums in elections in both parties (Dem primaries + GOP general elections). It’s pretty bad

I'm middle aged. I like to give people food and drink, e.g. consumables, because no one needs more STUFF for their house.

This obsession is unhealthy. Our horizons are fine. Also social media, for most, is not a job. It is not school. It is socializing. And it’s fine to say “I don’t want to hang out with Nazis, homophobes, transphobes etc in my free time.”

Good news: Ben Wikler is seriously considering a run for DNC chair, a source familiar with his thinking tells me. (confirming Natasha Korecki tweet) Ben would be a great DNC chair: Fully committed to deep organizing and avoids the pitfalls of factional squabbles and finger-pointing.

Dems need to stand on their values, yes.But Dems need to fight because they have developed a reputation - & not only among angry lefties/disgruntled progressives but in general *that they don’t fight for anything* and are therefore inauthentic&unlikely to deliver. This is not the reputation to have!

Today in "Not MY face though, right?!!" "“Trump won because of us and we’re not happy with his Secretary of State pick and others,” says Rabiul Chowdhury, a Philadelphia investor who chaired the Abandon Harris campaign in Pennsylvania and co-founded Muslims for Trump."

At least Merrick Garland can rest easy knowing that he followed every letter of the law like a good liberal.

Conspiracy theories are not exclusive to a political ideology. Everyone, regardless of background, can be influenced by them. Those who associate conspiratorial belief with a specific political ideology or party are either very partisan or not well-informed about the history of conspiracy theories.

The thing about the chronological timeline is that if you have something you want to share, you have to share it a lot. And if you see something you think others should see, you have to hit repost (likes are not public).

The repercussions of RFK at HHS could gut biotech & pharma in Boston. This is so pathetic & awful.

I've appreciated the conversation around grief and mental health over the last week. There's a growing consensus that the last Trump Administration broke our brains, and we're not doing that to ourselves again. I love seeing people discuss their plans for doing things differently this time.
