Made me wonder what their best handled release was and the answer seems like... No Time to Die? *don't remember where it lands in the timeline of the acquisition

Well, if you recall a tall red head in a blue coat, go with the knowledge that you helped him fine tune a Richard Nixon impression that is a hit at family gatherings

Yes and do yourself a favor: don't look her up now

...were we at the same screening at Anthology?

It also, for better or worse, is less of a time sink. I spend less time looking/scrolling/reading than I did Twitter, which is probably good for health. But it also means that I'm less likely to engage with people or find new people to engage with

My girlfriend was one station away when they sold out. I'm in Glendale Queens today, so I wouldn't have even gotten to the train by the time they were gone

Casey Anthony, if you don't count spelling

Did...did they buy and bring back The Leftovers?

Buying new cars en masse ain't great for the environment, also may not be financially viable. Think the good alternative is having easily printable bumper stickers that read "I regret buying cars from a Nazi" in bold letters. Could also have a market with Ford owners

Kind of shocked at how right you are about this

...this is the most I've heard people speak about Amistad in decades. I'm not convinced it's a real movie

Notable exception: they say Mr. Saavik a lot in Wrath of Khan

we can only speculatively date the first dutch settlement by working backwards from the first ever "why i'm leaving new amsterdam" essay in the historical record

Okay but can it also be a sequel to Sex House?

It's the same logic friends would use as kids to say "Well there's nothing that says Schwarzenegger cant run for Vice President"

Nah he's who Dylan needs to defeat first in his rise. Closer to Darth Maul. Darth Van Ronk

My girlfriend simply asked "Did the Beatles ever work with synthesizers" and before I could say anything we heard the most ominous chord

Makes sense; Our holiday party 2024 had an uptick compared to 2023 and I think it's because of Timmy

See I was taking Close Podcounters of the Third Cast, but path of least resistance is Podders of the Lost Cast

...huh I mean the vibe is still Mid-Atlantic so I'm inclined to think it's two safe D seats *but* it's at the expense of eastern PA, southern NJ, and half of DE. Which probably makes PA lean/likely R, and Delaware sometimes gets competitive

Is... does it not take place in Delaware?

Counterpoint: I think you should try but with 12-18 different trial balloons until one takes off

Something that worries me is it seems like business interest really lined up being Trump this year Moreso than 2020 out of retaliation for the Biden admin enforcing a few consumer protections. Not even sweeping ones just "dial back the exploitation a little" That leaves me worried

The model I want them to use is Tim Walz in his debate casually bringing up that housing is expensive because corporations turned it into a commodity. He was clear and he was mad. It's something mainstream dems can do and be rewarded for
