sigh, part of my job owning an auction house is appraising things, after 15 years I'm pretty good at my job, had a client come in with a gold coin she was sure was worth 1/2 million dollars, after close examination and some research it's worth less than $800 I totally ruined her day

Going to be starting a primary bathroom remodel, found some nice tile at auction, won the tile for $3 a case got plenty to do all my flooring for like $36, should have cost me $88.90 a case or close to $1000 #win
