StoryGraph's AI usage is one of the most ethical versions of AI possible - I think almost all the critiques I'm aware of for AI don't really apply to StoryGraph's AI

I can't personally vouch for it but have heard good things about Ghost. I think it's got a monthly fee though.

By my estimates, to hit the same time mark you'd need to read at approx 650 WPM. At a reading for leisure pace, even for a speed reader, that would be a little surprising to me (I don't think I go above ~500 WPM unless I'm trying to go fast), but, from a meta perspective, I'm gonna guess same time.

my understanding is that (some) people who self-identify with PDA have started calling it Persistent Desire/Drive for Autonomy so that's also an option. There's pros and cons I think to sharing the acronym

Little Blue Encyclopedia (for Vivian) by Hazel Jane Plante
The Library Thief by Kuchenga Shenjé

I was reading poetry right up to the deadline but I made it in! Was disappointed at how many categories I had to leave blank -- for future years, would love to know some options that are out there whether that be via a nomination process or more shortlists or anything that seems doable and fair

Please feel free! I'm certainly not any kind of critic but it's been very cool reading & studying your longer form criticism and I would love to see more of it if you can find a way to do it that feels good to you!

That said, I don't think I would be taken aback if I was following a liveblog and the blogger posted "I'm starting to have significant criticisms of this book, so I'm going to put the liveblog on hold and revisit it in a longer post where I can do those criticisms justice."

Yeah, echoing the sentiment that while I'm interested in reading criticism, I'm not interested in reading liveblogged negativity. I think my interest in liveblogs (at least, for books I haven't read yet) is essentially just looking for little bits of joy that pique my interest in reading the book.
