What’s really interesting is when you realize only a few people can afford cars like that. Then you realize they only make x number of them. Let’s say there’s 12 cars for $2M each. That’s $24M in gross revenue. Luxury cars are advertisements for something else. No way they’re profitable.

I’m about to be 35 years old. I haven’t had any vaccination that I can vividly remember. I never get sick. I have gotten sick maybe three times in ten years. If you take care of yourself, you have much less to worry about than people who invest in pharma lead you to believe.

Income tax is something that was brought about in place of tariffs on other countries. Other countries still place tariffs on us, and we get taxed multiple times on the same dollar to pay for it while putting almost no tariffs on others. Blind, deaf, and dumb Americans are clueless to this.

Get any loan for as close to 0% interest as possible and then pay 3-5 times what the property is worth. When the bank sells your loan and your interest rate goes to 6%, you list the property for sale for 6-8 times what it’s worth before anyone can see how stupid and financially illiterate you are.
