I bet him and Kirk were thoroughly disinfected the next morning!

If you've studied the right obscure martial art, you can do it in 1.

There's literally a popular movie that shows how we want a PM to respond to a US President and yet every single time Hugh Grants example is ignored...

I would murder Claudia and take her position of host. Thereby controlling the rest of the game and establishing myself as a TV celebrity. I would struggle with hosting Strictly though... Never watched it.

I loved Nu'Daq and always felt cheated that by the end of the episode he hadn't whipped up a batch of biscuits from his grandmothers recipe...

Same here, the Nova class is my absolute favourite. If I was a Starfleet Captain, I'd be all about zipping around sciencing it up in my little Nova!

Ohhhh, what a find!! I too was an avid studier of the encyclopedia, an amazing resource.

Minor scuffs, they'll buff out!

Having seen the Rachel Garrett and Peter Preston figures, should we expect an alternate head for posing him in death?!

But absolutely, most of all, my absolute favourite, is Anne Haney playing the Bajoran Arbiter. I could watch 7 seasons of her grumpily sass her way through all sorts of cases! She's absolutely brilliant!

Got togget my head straight!

Dammit, that took me longer than it should have! Nice work!

I looked into the rest of the range and of course, Peter Preston also has a head to show his mortal wounds!

Holy... 'now with CORPSE HEAD! Includes shrapnel embedded in the BRAIN! Suitable for all ages...'

And amidst the tension, Kirk saying 'now Mr Scott!' and Scotty responding 'aye sir, I'm working on it' always makes me smile

The whole stealing the Enterprise sequence is absolutely gorgeous. The music, the tension, the incredible model work, it's a bloody work of art and I never tire of watching it!

And he did a little dance! He literally did a short dance, smiled back and we both walked away and got on with our day. I like to think that dance was a 'i appreciate you not hassling me while I look for a toilet'

I was at a con and crossing from one building to a hotel, I encountered Vaughan Armstrong walking towards me. He'd been signing, doing talks and posing for pictures for 2 days by then, so I wasn't going to bother him. I just smiled and nodded.
comment in response to post
That's really sad to hear, I imagine on something like the cruise particularly they get very little time to themself, why bother them in the halls?

Whaaaa? Why would post that spoiler as I'm just beginning to watch this movie?! That I have watched 1701 times before...

Can you imagine if this movie just started as a completely new adventure, with Spock, alive and well and nobody mentioned his death or how he was back? The outrage there would have been! (And I loved when Lower Decks riffed on that notion with Shaxs just back and nobody talking about it)

The prophecy has come to pass...

Search for Spock... Sorry, I really wasn't clear there was I?

Sort of looks like a rocket ship blasting off like that. That is all. I know of nothing else it resembles...

Just seeing them in the picture made me reflexively reach for my pocket where I keep the treats!

I always imagined Bob Justman spent a lot of his working day diplomatically curbing some of Genes more... explicit ideas. While Majel probably wasn't so diplomatic!

There was a book, 'Cast No Shadow' which followed Valeris a few years after and reading that is exactly what made me realise how much more I wanted from Trek 6! Also the fact we can all switch from silly to sensible and go in depth on trek is exactly what I love about Bluesky

That fucking section man... They left out DeForest Kelley after he died, that whole bit is a joke.

1) I love that you took time and energy to craft sensible responses to my rambling! And b) man you should totally have been their defense, that's way better than anything Grampa Worf came up with! iii) so I can't have 2 more hours of Trek 6?😟

Roddenberry's vision (if others hadn't reined him in...)!

I'm just saying, The Undiscovered Country should have been an extra 2 hours long unpicking the legal and political ramifications of itself

And it's not like Kirk had saved the new Klingon chancellor, he saved his own president. And they exposed another key member of the conspiracy was an officer also under Kirk's command.
comment in response to post
And they then escaped Klingon Prison? Would not the Klingons in fact have a good case for asking them to be extradited back and throwing them right back onto Rura Penthe?
