My daughter just arrived there tonight. Going to see the sights, attending a music festival, and hanging with great friends.

Making progress. Comes out of his room when called as long as dogs aren't around.

I just watched “Pig” last night with Nicolas Cage. Now all I see are comments with the word “truffle” in them. Ha ha! Enjoy

Here's my big boy. We got him a little over two weeks ago from some Chinese profs who were leaving the US. He's still getting used to us...

I loved the "Discovery of Witches" series. My daughter also read it, and we're both so excited that soon she'll be visiting the Bodleian Library, which is featured in many scenes in the books. You can also watch it on Netflix.

Getting in the food cabinet, knocking cans to the floor that are in the way, all to drag out the extendable "fishing pole" with the bedraggled feather contraption on the end, in the hope that someone will swing it around the room so that it can be chased....even though we just did this an hour ago..

I remember sobbing after watching a movie “Charly” in the early 70s, which was based on “Flowers for Algernon.”

I’ve had cold sores intermittently for 50+ yrs. The thought of having hundreds of those on my back or face led me to get the shingles vac as soon as I was able!

I only started reading GB last year and quickly raced through her books. About half-way through I realized that she was married to TH. I had read his Conf. Attic book when it first came out and loved it. Memorial Days floored me. I just finished the book that hastened his death. It's terrific

yeah, I think a lot of it has been disputed at this point, but it's still an interesting take.

I’d probably agree with you now, but to a 4,6 & 8 yr old, not so cool!

The "Resolute" desk was suddenly pulled from the Oval for "refurbishment" after the kid wiped his boogers all over it, so in that way Trump reacted...😉

No kidding. I swished the cat toy on a fishing pole 50 times this morning, not for my cats, but for my corgi in hopes that some vigorous morning exercise for him will cut down on the crazies later in the day...🤪

For years, I bought 30+ Kindle books annually. My daughter would ask why I didn’t use the library, but I had no good answer. When she moved overseas, she set up Libby with my card, and now we share it, compete for holds, exchange recs, and see each other’s reads. It's been a wonderful experience!
