Holy shit. As a UC alum I am thoroughly ashamed.

Would love to see an example of people saying you’re a bad person because you like to have a beer with your friends.

Also tend to be followed by immediate reversal on any middle-of-the-road stances they took in their confirmation hearings, so anything Kash said he won't do I expect he will do immediately!

Are they providing free transit to the hospital for those without cars? Because no one should be worried about how they’re going to get to the hospital without a car either.

Instituting tariffs on coffee producing countries to make them even more expensive 🙃

My mom has lupus and she had trouble finding her hcq during the pandemic because idiots were buying it out.

Gutting the FAA is an awful decision, but plane safety has a hell of a long way to fall before it’s even on par with car safety, let alone less safe. If you’re willing to get in a car, it seems weird to rule out planes.

Same at my all boys catholic high school in Ohio.

Yep, looks like I got that backwards.

I went by a diagram that was in the enquirer, I can’t remember if this was what they showed or if it was more general and I made some guesses

This Cincinnati rail network that would have been funded by a 1/2 cent sales tax that was voted down in the early 2000s

It’s a gay dance party. I know a straight guy who loved it though.

The number one issues on my mind are the dismantling of the federal government, the erasure of trans Americans, and our quick slide into authoritarianism with no pushback.

And I'll say when I was living in NYC it was good to see ads that were realistic as to how people like me were living rather than a ton of ads for unattainable lifestyles in luxury apartments.

Less a feature than acknowledging people are willing to put up with it to live in NYC.

That’s a thing??

Except for all those StreetEasy ads but that’s a website that’s actually only for NYC

I do not understand why every ad exec thinks they need to make some sort of nod to the city they’re advertising in as though it’s some clever thing no one has done before. Every ad on the train in NY and Chicago is grating as hell.

I don’t even understand the purported benefit here. “Instead of high prices being the reason you can’t afford anything, no income will be the reason you can’t afford anything! Problem fixed!”

I would hope Roblox would get to the point where their own platform is no longer the first choice of child predators before telling others how to keep kids safe.

Are they against resorts? I’ve never heard of “all-inclusive” being used in a DEI context.

It looks complicated but I taught my parents to use it when they visit and they were like "oh this is actually easy" and did it every morning.

I really like Aeropress because it's so quick and has such easy cleanup. Brewing takes 15 seconds, and it squeegees itself out so you just rinse the end.

Unfortunately, I don't think people (Cathy included) tend to see high rates of re-weight gain as evidence the plans are unrealistic, they see them as evidence the people who re-gained are lazy and failed to stick to a realistic plan. So this wouldn't count as evidence against their position.

We already have press release websites, we don't need them to be regurgitated through news sites.

Ooo. I'm not usually a big mac n cheese guy because it's too rich so I like the idea of the kimchi cutting that a bit. And the pickles ooo

I think it’s kind of the point. Trying to let people know “hey even if you don’t ride transit it’s important to your life that it’s there.” But yeah they could have done so in a better way.
