I just watched the second season of “From” and I’m really sorry to say… I was grateful disappointed. It wasn’t a “Heroes”-level drop in quality but… it just didn’t work for me. So much unmotivated yelling, swearing, and decision-making. (I love swearing but this felt oddly forced). 1/2

Rewatching the 2004 Dawn of the Dead and I just wanna say, I’m glad it was the first feature film in Zakk Snyder’s catalogue. This movie would have been much worse with that extreme shallow depth of field he employed in Army of the Dead and the Rebel Moon movies. 1/3

So while I’ve been ill I decided to rewatch/binge the first season of The Punisher, which I have not watched since 2017. I did not realize that David “Micro” Lieberman was Ebon Moss-Bachrach. So Jon Bernthal and Moss-Bachrach went from partners in The Punisher to best friends in The Bear (2022).
