Loki: Loki is a proud transgender scout. This is his troop's second to last year before graduating, and he hopes they go to Washington, D.C., with what they earn from selling cookies! Loki loves music, and he plays the piano and sings. He also loves science and plans to study biology in college.

<Blinks in Magnus Hirschfeld> Translation: Herr Hirschfeld was a pioneering sexologist who advanced the notion that non-hetero and trans identities were valid. Shorter: We’ve been here before. #WeWontGoBack #DemVoice1 #TransLivesMatter

Can we move there?

Exactly. One of people I know works at Meta. They are trans, and unable to change their job, actually they are harassed at work and are terrified that it will get worse. We need to support progressive and trans people there. Not force them to leave jobs.

I have been saying this for years. It's the same with radio play, music magazines. If grassroot artists were given spaces in mags, on BBC they would have more exposure and they wouldn't have to rely on Spotify. Last time as I said it on X, journalists called me delusional, editors blocked me.

Eh, another cuts to working class students. This is why music industry is filled out by industry plants, rich kids and nepo babies. they have the money and resources to learn music. We want to have more working class people in music, we need to demand they stop the austerity.

I'm based in the North, I worked in East, West Midlands and Wales. We can sit here and discuss ad nauseum how lovely and diverse your company is but it will not change facts. I will not bother you with whats happening at games studios, or Google partners or AI start ups. It's grim everywhere. me out

is very diverse. All are excellent people, some of the best engineers at desks, third lines, SOC. I'm just a single woman in my role, but there are other companies with 50% of staff being women. All decisive people are conservative white dudes. My husband's company is the same. Tory member is a CEO

Then maybe your company is very different, an exception proving the rule. I also work from home. There is a lot of Asians, Middle Eastern IT experts in my work, however they are not managers, board members, directors. Those are always white men. This is what I'm talking about. Regular workforce

I also worked for local authorities, ALL of them were Tory controlled. When I lost my job after ERDF grants were taken away after Brexit, the council leader came to apologize to me personally as he was apparently not voting for Brexit. Then he joined Reform. Sorry mate, maybe London is different.
