Interesting, trump/DOJ is buying Adams’ support for immigration policies, using his agreement as an excuse to drop the case. Circular reasoning to be sure. Judge Ho needs to bring Adams in for an interview before the court!

While your points are spot, trump did this in his 1st term. The WH Counsel and DOJ were always his private law firm. Difference today is he has fired those who would push back, or they quit, and uses his sycophants. Be interesting the 1st they appear beg SCOTUS.
