Not to mention lived experience. 13yrs vegan and I don't have any health issues from not eating animal products. In fact I feel healthier as a vegan.

Also, veganism isn't a diet. Its called a plant-based diet. Veganisim encompasses avoiding all animal products, not just food ✌️

I've been vegan for 13yrs & its been amazing for me. There's absolutely enough protein on that plate. I think a lot of media has skewed our brains into thinking a lot of foods don't contain protein when they do, & that every meal has to be super high in protein, it doesn't.

They did it all very dramatically though. We all had to travel for a meeting that we thought was just a standard quarterly meeting.
A few mins after it started, all these senior staff walked in & told us they'd got us together to tell us some news & we had to sign before they told us!

They left that poor dog alone for over 6hrs. After a while there was basically a mutiny in the hotel corridor from all the disturbed guests. They forced the night porter to call the owner to come back. Which eventually he did
