So happy and so jealous. The best Sesame Chicken I ever had is from my small, hometown in KS. I have been chasing that flavor, but sadly, I have never found its equal ☹️

For us it was the same movies. When we had more time/liquidity, we went almost every weekend to see a film.

I have to assume for the classic Zoolander scene where his model friends engage in a gasoline fight at a gas station; spraying each other with gas the way children spray each other with water guns.

Awesome! I got into because of my dad. He’s watched the Chiefs since before I was born but I didn’t care about the sport at all until about 2003. Started watching with him and I’ve been a fan since.

I quickly realized it was a thank you to folks coming to the show. Hence “jump scare.”

At first all I saw was “Thank you, DC,” just two days after a new President was sworn in and fascist gestures and rhetoric swept all forms of communication. I had a knee jerk fear that Sam and DO had, for some reason, participated. Obviously, they would never.

Not going to lie, with everything going on, I saw “Thank you, DC” and had a jump scare moment.

Thank you for this reminder. It has been difficult to keep a level head in these trying times. This may be a knee jerk reaction to the ban and the in Aug er nation, but you’re right to call it out. We must be intent in our actions and the information we spread.

Thank you for saying it! That’s exactly how I feel too. “Do what I saw or else!” Eww.

My feelings are more mixed up than a tossed salad. I’m happy creators I love and support got a platform back. But I’m scared to see how this will be used to shape the political landscape.

Same. And now I’m worried about how this will shape our political landscape.

I followed a bunch of creators on here and it’s been like the grieving period after a funeral. Last night on a creator’s discord we did the opposite and had a celebration of life. Watched videos they saved and converted. Talked about how we started as a community. It was sad, but good.

I can’t tell if this is hitting me in the feels because I’m grieving the loss of TT or because I’m a millennial and still have a lot of childhood issues to work through. Either way, great analogy.

I personally love the henchmen series. Hard to pick a favorite. Followed by Lord Deathman series.
