#Straya When I was a kid in the 70s, Chinese-Australian restaurants were a welcome change from bland & stodgy UK-style food. My personal favourite as both a kid & an adult was/is Special Fried Rice; a standard egg-fried rice fancied up with prawns (shrimp, if you're a Seppo) & cubes of bbq pork.
