Yeah, I'm seeing the same. I don't think this is the site for news, or really any serious discussions. Twitter still is.

Very true. The access to knowledge has greatly expanded yet the average person knows less today than then. You don't have to look hard to find the ignorance on full display on social media. People post things without even 5 minutes of research. Solutions?

I take it you have never been on Reddit. 🤣

I agree for people like that whom just want to troll and are not interested in real discussions. However we should be careful not to create an echo chamber as that does nothing to heal the hyper partisan divide. I think most people are good and want what is best for we the people.

Paul Krugman was wrong so much that a couple of economists made a podcast coving what Krugman got wrong in that week's article. It's crazy he never got fired from the NYT for being such an idiot. contrakrugman.com

Yes due to the expansion of government. Women actually don't earn less for the same job, that's a myth. Think about it, if you were a greedy CEO and you could hire a woman to do the same job for 28% less pay who would you hire?

Dude, you should care. Thus creating more inflation. Do you not understand what that means for we the people? For you as an individual?

Lol, no he doesn't, you may think he does due to your ignorance of economics. He gives cover for the Elephant in the room. Look at what the FED has done to the dollar. Look at how much government has expanded. Something like 40% of new jobs are government. Not sustainable.

Depends on the reader. Yes it shows that Pulitzer prizes no longer carry any weight. Please try to learn some basic economics so you can know enough to see that realize that Krugman is wrong and part of the problem. Maybe a video? www.youtube.com/watch?v=8LHy...

The last thing we need are more shills for the FED.

Really? He praises the FED and the system that created the inequality, the inflation. And he is almost always wrong, so much so real economists used to debunk every article he wrote for the NYT. fee.org/articles/pau...

Crazy considering he is one of the worse economists alive. Nothing but a Keynesian shill for the FED. He is wrong on just about everything. Why would anyone praise him? thespectator.com/topic/the-to...

🤦There money would go as well, thus taxes would go up. Economics 102

That solves nothing and would be a huge failure. The ultra rich would just leave as other countries have seen when they try extreme taxation on the wealthy.

The legacy media stopped doing that long ago, they became a mouthpiece for Establishment propaganda. Don't expect them to change. But yes we need more real journalists to actually do investigative journalism and ask the hard questions. Independent journalists and podcasts give us hope.

Hard pass. We need real healthcare reform that actually addresses the root causes. Obamacare did nothing but further drive up the costs by making other taxpayers subsidize insurance for some. Big win for the medical industrial complex and another lose for we the people.

Looks like a fun little game. Following and wish listed. Good luck with your launch!

Looking good. Nice work.

Yes. At least we have open source now so there are alternatives to the subscription model for many cases. Industrial Automation is still way behind when it comes to open standards and open source. Most proprietary programs only run on Windows.

Nice, it's a great game. I have it on Epic as it was one of the early games they gave away back in March 2019. It looks like Slime Rancher 2 is also on sale on Steam

Looks fun. I'm starting to learn Godot now just for fun. I just searched and wish listed your game on Steam after seeing your post. Good luck!
