Anyone coming to your page to find out what the leader of house Dems is doing as part of the balance of powers responding to a constitutionally crisis on multiple fronts: Trump ignoring due process and then ignoring the scotus ruling.. is going to see this. Is this the best you can do?

That’s the one you voted for right? The budget you passed? It’s your budget now too Schumer. You did this just as much as they did when you voted to pass it.

Mr Schumer, The focus on passing a CR to avoid a shutdown has passed the official budget of the party that wants to shut down the government. You lost the battle and the war.

But not strongly enough to do anything to stop it. 10 senate Democrats voted to let it pass with cloture.
You should resign.

Voting yes on a CR or cloture is a vote to legitimately gut the government.
Do not sacrifice senate authority.
Protect Medicare
Extend the time to negotiate and pass a clean CR!
You don’t have to shut down the government.
The house can reconvene.
Republicans can avert a shutdown.
Vote No!

Thank you. Good. What they are doing must not be made legitimate with a senate approved CR.

Passing a CR that they wrote to gut the government is legitimizing what they are doing with a senate stamp of approval.
You should resign!!!

That what they are doing anyway!
Grow a spine!
Vote no on their CR!

You must not give them a yes vote.
Oppose Trump and Musk.
Do not give them a budget.

They are a disaster.
Do not give them a yes vote.
Do not support their disaster.
You should not legitimize the republicans gutting the federal government. You should oppose the CR.
You should resign.

Thank you. This is what you should be doing.

You know anyone who can stop them?

It’s scary and the FAA firings are awful, but across the U.S. there are
over 45,000 flights and 2.9 million passengers daily. Most flights everyday are perfectly uneventful.

I don’t understand. All the illegal actions, without congress approval, with out even an executive order. Just Elon and four or five 19 year olds. Just stop them. Physically stop them. Stop them in court. Tell them they don’t have the legal authority to end USAID, and then start w/ pepper spray.

I wish that you would consider, how it looks that Elon, who’s only authority is that he gave Trump a lot of cash, is ILLEGALLY shutting down whole departments of gov with a handful of teenagers, while you and other democrats are doing nothing. You are letting this happen. Stop them now. Act now.

I like to imagine how frustrating it must be to have all of these orders and actions paused for review, challenged, and rejected by the judges, Congress, (some of) the media, and the American people - all in a week

I just watch that guy read a statment about the crash. He ended his statement by saying he had just filled the FAAs director role that has been vacant since Jan 20 when Michael Whitaker was asked to resign, however this role requires senate confirmation. The “new director” is an emergency gig.

Same. Everyone I know is upset and processing all the dystopia. I don’t want to do anything to make it feel worse. There is something positive in sharing and breaking that stress you mentioned. Isolation and silence should be avoided.
