Sadly a hard truth. Worked myself until I burnt out and couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. I just didn't have the same resources and luck as others around me.

Also I found out my medication wasn't working because I just started sobbing over a coheed and cambria song, which is how I found out last time. So I guess coheed and cambria is like my canary in the coal mine of depression LMAO

Get in shape, get top surgery, be able to go to work every day and have energy to do something other than sleep feels like a pipe dream. I barely make enough money to eat because I call out so much. I'm really scared of losing this job I like.
