国に入るのは$5Mだけど、permanent residentになれば政治献金できるから、オレさま個人にジャンジャン献金してくれということかしら。もしかしたらアプライできるのはinvitation onlyで、すでに特定の候補者がいるんじゃないかな。現行のイミグレシステム内ではどう逆立ちしてもpermanent residentになれない人に恩を売るためのシステム。
