The engineer would have ‘plugged it’ (applied emergency braking on the whole train), before the video started, because the engineer would have seen that the trailer was NOT going to be in the clear.
Was driving South around 2:30 and the road was blocked at Ogden. Saw the container on its side but hadn't seen the video. It was still there on my way back home.

I genuinely hope the driver is not injured, and also that they are never allowed behind the wheel of a commercial vehicle again, unless there was some crossing gate or signal error
