This is tripping me up the most. If you read from the top of the poster, they appear to be looking at each other, but when you get to the bottom it’s clear one cliff is closer than the other. So they can’t be looking dead ahead and also at each other.

Actually I think the one on the right is supposed to be the cliff and then a smaller hill in front, but there's no indication of depth to the flowers on either (could have changed hue or saturation on one plane a little), so it all becomes one unless you look really closely.

There's also a particular disconnect between the bottom of Glinda's dress and the ground. It's less obvious with Elphaba because of what she's wearing, but there is clearly no physical contact with the material of Glinda's dress and the ground it's resting on (or slightly in front of, in places)

It's all the more annoying because conceptually it's fine. It's a bit basic and not terribly dynamic, but it's a good summary of the tone of the story and the central conflict and the actual image would be good if it was just done a little better.
