This is the problem with cherry picking parts of videos.
Watch the whole segment. It’s a hell of a lot more nuanced than this silly take (yes - having four air forces is absurd), and he’s calling out Rs for campaigning on an issue they’ve never done anything about.

Two things can be correct:
1. He’s a terrible person and all but a Bond villain at this point.
2. Companies and business can get bloated. Going line by line and cutting car services is needed.
