This is only possible because Russia still has air superiority due to the lack of any real air support from the EU or US.

The time to force Russia to escalate their hybrid warfare is now. Divide and conquer is going to be cheaper in the long run if the EU/NATO ever find their sanity.

I didn't say gambling on Landeskog was the right decision. I don't even suggest Sakic won that gamble because it's clear Colorado lost. I'm saying, because of the Salary Cap and Makar, Landeskog & MacKinnon . . . Sakic didn't have a choice to take a gamble. bsky.app/profile/dilb...
comment in response to post
Gambling on Landeskog was the right decision for Sakic to make. They might have been only a couple of million apart, and Rantanen might have settled for less, but the fact remains Colorado still couldn't afford to keep the core together without players giving discounts. bsky.app/profile/dilb...

Did Sakic make the right choice? Win the Stanley Cup but lose Mikko Rantanen to FA. Don't doubt Mikko was gone. Colorado’s salary commitments to MacKinnon, Makar, and Rantanen were unsustainable if kept together. Add the return of Landeskog to the salary cap constraints.

I'm not arguing. I didn't present "arguments".

"At some point, everyone not from the US needs to question why they would travel to the US or stay in the US" The second part of my sentence answers your confusion, which you perhaps didn't read after getting triggered to respond to a statement that's not an argument.

Columbus could displace Montreal. None of the last of the schedules for Detroit, Boston or Pittsburg suggests they could realistically run the gauntlet to displace Montreal. There are too many teams in those last games still vying for playoffs or interested in keeping home ice advantage.
comment in response to post
In reality, only the NYI & NYR can even displace Montréal. NYI max points = 94 NYR max points = 92 Ottawa could get a loser point in OT in all of their last 11 games and still get to 92. This is a clinchy as a clinch can get without the math saying clinch.

Except that even permanent residents – some of whom have never known life outside the US – have been detained and deported. The US illegal immigration crackdown is next-level insane. Non-Americans should NOT be travelling or staying there.

What a disturbing non-sequitur, Bryan. Get your head checked, buddy.

Nobody is safe! They detained a Canadian for weeks, then eventually deported them back to Canada. She had been in the US trying to make a go of a business for years. Nobody should ignore that going to the US is not safe. Staying is not safe! www.narcity.com/canada-us-tr...

"I'm not going to argue that the regime wrongly revoked her visa" If you're going to attempt to question-quote me, you should quote the whole sentence.

Sounds like you are trying to associate arguments to me that I didn't make. This is Canada's PM: - The old US relationship is over - What the US does next is a mystery - What is clear is we control our destiny Stay out of the US. Stop giving them money. bsky.app/profile/atru...

You are right that it makes ZERO SENSE! That doesn't change the fact that what is happening should not be happening, and we need to recognize that everyone who is not from America should not be travelling to America! This video from Canada's Prime Minister explains why: bsky.app/profile/atru...

Understand ... what's happening is against legal processes, but it's happening anyway. I'm going to argue that visas should not be revoked; what I will argue is why anyone would choose to go to the US. At some point, everyone not from the US needs to question why they would study/work in the US.

I'm not going to argue if the US has a right to deny student visas based on social media posts or have visas revoked; what I will argue is why they even applied to study in the US. At some point, everyone not from the US needs to question why they would travel to the US or stay in the US.

You are being lied to by both sides. I'm not going to argue if whatever she did deserved to get her visa revoked; what I will argue is why she even chose to travel to the US. At some point, everyone not from the US needs to question why they would travel to the US or stay in the US.

Zelensky approval in Ukraine is 52% Zelensky approval in Russia is 3% Total Zelensky approval number is therefore 4%. Yes, these are Russian numbers. Yes, Trump is an idiot for repeating the Russian numbers he was provided.

The "second hand smoke" analogy is certainly more appropriate and acceptable.

The lack of being careful with mitigation measures by significant others is closer to, having a sexually promiscuous partner who doesn't wear a condom. But if that analogy ever went viral, all of everyone would be saying "HIV is just the flu".

I would simply like to state the obvious for a moment: WHO is better off being able to refocus the #OneHealth direction over the course of the next 4 years without the political interference of the USA. Use this opportunity well.

"severe Ukrainian manpower issue" What was the population of Mariupol? 450,000? Why is it always Americans who refuse to provide Ukraine with any aircraft or implement a No-Fly-Zone over Ukraine that are complaining about the lack of manpower in Ukraine? bsky.app/profile/haly...

"Manpower is a concern"!?! Manpower wouldn't be a concern if the US and NATO fulfilled their obligations under the security guarantees Ukraine received for giving up their nukes - such as providing a NO-FLY zone to prevent Russia from having air superiority!

After Finland & Estonia started detaining Russia's shadow fleet in the Baltic Sea - India and China have decided to honour the sanctions - seeing as now everyone would know China and India were not previously honouring the US sanctions. Does this answer your question?

Russian missiles are constantly violating Ukrainian, Polish & other NATO countries' airspace. This is a direct international threat that NATO is dismissing where imposing a No-Fly zone over Ukraine is a reasonable response! The argument isn't about Crimea being Ukrainian. Crimea is Ukraine!

Only a Russian troll would suggest the jets, helicopters and other Russian aircraft flying over Luhansk, Donesk & Crimea are not in violation of what would be a Russian No-Fly zone imposed over Ukraine. Crimea is Ukraine!
comment in response to post
Your very funny attempt to redefine "air superiority" which ignores Russian helicopters, jets and drones flying over Mariupol, Donesk & Kupansk. For when you decide to block me for calling you out as a Russian troll.
comment in response to post
You're one of those Russian trolls, aren't you? I was wondering, WTF is someone doing trying to redefine "air superiority" while ignoring that the USA has prevented Ukraine from having an air force?
comment in response to post
You seem confused about what constitutes Russian territory. The area below is a map of Ukraine. Crimea is Ukraine. Mariupol, Luhansk, Donesk - all Ukraine.
comment in response to post
If NATO can defend Israel from Iran, then ballistic missiles launched at Kyiv this morning from Russian aircraft beg to differ about your definition of "air superiority". Either provide a No-Fly zone over Ukraine or stop interfering with the other nations providing Ukraine with an air force.
comment in response to post
Attempts to placate Russia while ignoring Russia were running hybrid and proxy warfare is how we got to where NATO realizes "escalate to de-escalate" eventually will require declaring war upon Russia.
