So insults ok, what about insulting their kids in sports events, fair game also? What about brown English people, or it must be white? What about the Scots? What about catholic English? Where does it stop? Can we just be civilized, attack and disrespect the wrong not random people

I will never be a bigot.

The monarchy stopped being in control of the empire long ago. Under your logic, we should be bigots toward English people, which is ridiculous. People don't inherit their ancestors' sins. If you have a problem with monarchy be disrespectful to the monarchy, not how a man looks or speaks.

You agree with bigots in principle, only disagree on who to make fun of. We should be better.

I believe in the importance of a constitutional monarch. But what I like about your post is you disrespect the monarchy but you don't disrespect the man because of his accent or physical appearance, we can be respectful of all humans even when we disrespect what they represent.

Making fun of accents is terrible no matter who is being mocked. We should be consistent with our principles

I will keep wishing, whether it is probable or not. But I will push a bit. It is not that running for office is fun. It is your pride of good impact and a trail for others to follow or to contribute to.

I sincerely wish Steve Boots runs for MP. He is not perfect, but it is all relative, and then he will mention more the difference between the wish and the possible.

We are their boss, we hire them and pay their salaries, they report to us. However, we should not be micromanaging them and overreacting, other than any corruption or backdoor deals.

I know I sound overprivileged, but I can't watch it live because I'd still be at work. GEM uploads the episode after 11 pm EST. I wish they'd upload it earlier so I could watch it in full, which was great when it was live on YouTube because I could watch the full episode available earlier than GEM.
comment in response to post
I wish there is a better way to watch the whole show other than three small sections uploaded on YouTube, and on GEM, the episode is uploaded way too late.

Canada was built by rail (recognizing how it was built), and it is crucial for the country to have a modern rail

With all respect rightfully, deserved. Discussing Western alienation on the same day as Smith is a bit hairy to some. Living in AB for years and now ON, western alienation a big part coming from prov gov redirecting own failures. also, it's the region that never votes shift.

I moved from Alberta years ago, living in lethbridge, edmonton, and calgary. I think the real problem is that Alberta is terribly governed and the provincial government is redirecting anger to the federal, which don't care about Alberta because they care about vote shifters not the guaranteed.

Would someone explain to me why having these ministers is important, what are the projects or the initiatives that were going on, other than just having ministers. Sincerely asking
comment in response to post
It's not about if you have a ministry for it or not. It's about whether the efforts were canceled or the support is no longer there.

As an NDP voter, I agree with you, but not this time. Pierre is just too bad to discuss this isn't really what I want. If we don't get together our vote now, we'll do it next elections. The only difference is that we'll have four terrible years.

This is what the best radio presenter, James O'Brien, had to say about Mark Carney, it makes me feel proud.

Semantics shape perceptions, and the term Islamophobia feels dehumanizing—framing Muslims as irrational fear objects, like bugs. Contrast this with antisemitism, which directly and rightfully names bigotry.

It means what future do you want, allies above anything like WW1 world or fight for international law like WW2
