In 2025 I’m gonna try to cut pre-made food services out my life.
I love wingstop and chipotle but low key you can easily make both at home fresher, bigger portions, unsquashed and you can make it how you like.
It’s weird that my generation was raised on it, and we now have to de-program from it.

The deprogramming, once you have a bit more time in an accessible kitchen, is really an easy adaptation. You are correct with all of the above, and also--there is less messy trash!
I use these plus a sous vide to cook everything and they are all fast with easy cleanup (I use foil sheets for the air fryer). 😎
Prices, time, quality of ressources, cultures, etc.
Willing to change is an act for the soul. Keep going !
They sell the mold and the ready to use wrap, that makes it dumb easy to make those.
One cup of sushi rice gives me 4 or 5 onigiri at least so I prepare in weekends
Batch cooking is like having a food savings account. Spend the day by putting on music movies you love and make multiple meals, wrapping em & freeze.

I can make a Steak Tenderloin dinner w/ trimming for less than a meal from a burger joint
Dull knives can hurt you -- and they crush the food instead of slicing it
Ironically, while you may need to spend $75 on a decent knife, you almost never need to spend that kind of money on pots and pans -- nice ones can be found in thrift stores
Costs less too.
One teaspoon olive oil, a hot stove and 1/4 cup of Orville Redenbacher is far superior and takes NO MORE TIME.
Bonus, melted Ghee and honey poured on and mixed in.
Most instant foods are garbage.
Have fun!
I don’t eat beans, but the rice is Heavenly.
Just get some scissors and snip the cilantro into the pot at the end, squeeze some limes and mix! 💛
Fast food, DoorDash food, Pre-packaged,overly processed foods, or premade meals in the freezer section are an easy go to, but making meals with fresh ingredients is so much better.
Absolutely not 😂😂😭😭
