Never paid.. (maybe through tax) 10 days of stay at Fiona Stanley Hospital last year after heart issues, 6 months after care and a visit every few months to the head doc and apart from a few pills I Haven't paid a cent for all the machines and Docs that looked after me.

It may not cover every contingency, but it’s a hell of a lot better than my US PPO that costs five times this.
It’s so far outside of our expectation zone it’s 100% unreal to us.
