It’s not racism in this instance IMO. A thick Indian accent over a long distance cell call that has been transferred is very difficult . I think this is smart by them. They are catering to their customer to make communication easier.

Either way he clearly thinks that accents from a nation not of his own are bad, but is somehow fine with the over 500,000 accents in the USA... and just to be clear some Americans can't understand anything said in certain American accents
