Americans will go on vacation to a place that isn’t a car sewer, walk and take public transit for 8-12 hrs. a day, notice a change in their health, and attribute it to “they must not have the Illuminati chemicals here”

Ainsley Earhardt makes a case for RFK Jr: "When you go to Europe, the food is delicious. It's so fresh. And you don't gain weight if you eat a big bowl of pasta. So we want that to come here to America."

Europeans also eat normal size portions unlike Americans. Portion size is why Americans are so overweight. I got rid of my car years ago and bike everywhere, altho unsafe.
The likely exception is American road trips, so if you take one, think about keeping your driving days short and spending more time exploring on foot.
There are some...like the coast of Norway is best seen from the water and I wouldn't turn down a river cruise, but I have no interest in a huge ship cruise.
Also,
"Down with regulations and we want small government!"
I think a walking treadmill under a standing desk would be life changing for anyone with a desk job or something similar.
And then yeah you get to eat more pasta and pizza!
When they get home.
"Don't you dare take away a car lane to build a walking path! It might take me two extra minutes to get to Target in my SUV!"
RFK jr is wrong about most things but our shit processed food isn’t one of them
He shouldn’t get within a mile of a cabinet appointment for many other reasons of course
Most of the flour in Europe is made from a different strain of wheat, & their milk comes from a different breed of cow. The lower gluten & absence of a1 beta casein makes their baked goods & dairy products a little easier to digest.
"I didn't know they tasted like that. They tasted like the chicken wasn't getting paid."
I only use bread for toast or grilled sandwiches, so I can get several loaves of my favorite & freeze them.
It will not help you if you have lactose intolerance. That's a sugar, not a protein. But if you like milk even though it upsets your tummy just a little, it's worth seeking it out.

I am in the process of trying to find food to buy from foreign countries, obviously not fresh produce. I'm not a fan of worm man. We need to make our food more natural.
I did eat a lot of pasta, and pizza, and gelato, and Aperols though so that might have contributed.
So all that italian pasta is just the same stuff.
It’s just preventative public healthcare + no cars.
It's just that you don't go to Italy to eat a giant sack of Doritos. You could, though!
It does make the case though that Americans will use transit if it's accessible/available.
Can confirm that a lot of America's obesity problems could be addressed if it wasn't required to have your butt surgically grafted to a car seat to function in most of America
Also, please visit the country of California where fresh food is available year round. Guarantee you'll lose weight walking in San Francisco.
But this would require more inspectors, more compliance, more regulations…
At this point I don't think we'll ever convince people of that
People in Kentucky - cursed racists epithets for that suggestion.
The right is 15 years late!
You will late about climate change , universal heathcare with one payor option and about vaccines too.
We are just complacent with everything the government allows. We don’t strike, take to the streets like they do in protest!
"You mean socialized medicine, better transit, and strict regulations?"
"Ha ha, no, not those ones."
"French dudes also walk several miles each way to buy an artichoke or a fig."
