If you are beginning a social media post with "Elon Musk is right" as Musk is literally part of the incoming administration and randomly threatening to prosecute Americans for opposing Trump, then you would be better off saying nothing at all. Yes, I'm talking about Bernie Sanders.

Not
But, that group (Bernie Sander's) cult
Were just as worrisome as Trump's cult.
What is the common denominator... new DNC chair with help from others need to figure this out NOW & cut those ties with community outreach and facts. Ground work, hard but the best way to stifle and teach
You didn't think that BERNIE SANDERS might NOT be directly praising Elon and is actually calling him out for hypocrisy?
You can still delete your post.
ACTION. And Bernie is thin of that part.
I can't believe he's fooled so many ppl.
I'm sad he fooled you.
Yeah, the first Trump presidency.
Read Bernie Sanders better.
The man does great things for humanity.
And everybody knows that.
This does it though. I'm pissed. NEVER say that dragon musk is right!
Regardless!
Of all things, to say the richest man in America is right about anything! While the poor suffer and die on the streets. Including children! Knowing that our child poverty rate is so high!
This is exactly what he's faught again. Google search his x post today.
It's about taking away programs that benefit the citizens.
Musk isn't even there for his own kids!
Bernie is hellbent on taking down the democratic party. We NEED a progressive 3rd party. Not like this!
Iβm so sick of socialists pointing to Bernie as if heβs the future even though he has like 15 years left in him at best π
Canβt believe that.
I understand that agreeing with Musk on anything is not wise. Bernie is 83. He should have retired years ago.
Term limits!
Framing a fascist's intent as something positive is propaganda. It's disgraceful to see someone like Sanders play along with obvious lies.
But when an 83 year old man talks off the cuff, you know there will be fallout. Choosing to use Musk to make a point he has tried to make for decades is a mistake, obviously.
Again, term limits.
Wrong is wrong no matter who says it.
of Veteranβs Affairs health care?

...obviously that's never going to work. You need leverage to have pressure, and Bernie has none. And you need people to understand your clever wordplay, and nobody is.
I hope you're right; I think you're expecting a much better election cycle than I am.
Big picture: Bernie Sanders has been saying that we spend way too much on the military industrial complex for years but itβs ignored.
However I canβt see any of them working with Bernie because letβs be real, Bernie would expose each and one of them for their corruption.
But letβs all clutch our pearls for Bernie saying βElon is right that the military budget is out of controlβ.
What a silly question that has zero to do with Bernieβs values.
(checks notes)
Uhm, no, I guess not.
Joy Reid is a fascist!
She said "Trump was right!"
Given the fact Sanders points out the military industrial complex, which has provided funding for and kept Elon's businesses afloat, this could be a sophisticated and eloquent shot across the bow. It could be easily read as a challenge to Elon's funding and contracts.
Seriously, tho, I'm giving this one time & assuming the best intentions until I see more definitive proof otherwise. I don't see Bernie compromising his principles easily, but I do see him warning Elon that the gov't giveth & taketh away.
But in practice, being right for the wrong reasons undermines the good act in the first place.
Legitimizing the Tesla Guy is the last thing anyone should be doing. The optics are not good for Bernie's comms team.
Tell me one of these policies that he failed to make into law, then tell me why that policy was bad
Bernie was playing the game, knowing that an authoritarian administration will need their asses kissed to get anything of value done (i.e. significantly cutting military spending).
βElon Musk is right.
The Pentagon, with a budget of $886 billion, just failed its 7th audit in a row. Itβs lost track of billions.
Last year, only 13 senators voted against the Military Industrial Complex and a defense budget full of waste and fraud.
That must change.β
that was context I needed to understand OPβs post.
The hypocrisy of the left is embarrassing
DEMOCRATS too have to get off TV and get a room!
The problem is the GOP will use this to cut the programs that arenβt wasteful and desperately needed.
Get mad at his tactics if you want, but not his intentions.
'you do not under any circumstances βgotta hand it to themβ'
This sounds like a silly purity test to me.
I don't know the solution but at some point we need to fix politics around the globe before it's too late for any of us.
I hold you to a higher standard, and you've failed here. :(
Anyone can agree DoD wastes money, timing your criticism of that to validate a guy who wants America militarily weak, is plain fucking stupid.
In summary. You are correct.
No matter! Any pundit with the ambition to be nationally relevant has to make his (or her) bones by dissing Bernie Sanders and/or AOC at least once.
(Tsk. Really.)
Who cares if heβs capitalizing on a rare moment where Relon says something accidentally correct. Bernie is attempting to reach out of the DNC bubble that is rapidly deflating.
Plus all this is just riling up the neolibs who only vote & do nothing else who already think democracy is already dead because they know they won't fight for it.
Bernie Sanders has always fought for workers rights and against a genocide which is more than the most
Why is βradical leftistβ used as an insult? π
Itβs radical to want people to have healthcare?
Better to be a radical leftist than a radical fascist.
@godpod.bsky.social
I got news.
IT'S NOT!
Acting, damnit
