I'm proud to report that both of my Senators from the great State of Oregon, Sen. Ron Wyden and Sen. Jeff Merkley , will both be voting "NO" on the CR.
The CR bill passes with 51 votes instead of 60 if cloture is agreed to with 8 Dem Senate votes. Dem votes on the bill itself is utterly meaningless once cloture voted is cleared (GOP has 51 votes guaranteed).
