We DO NOT throw perfectly good food away in this house.
We put leftovers in a Tupperware & let it go bad, THEN throw it out!

We have no leftovers.
My fridge is clean.
I could not live without them.
They are much more affectionate than the garbage disposer.
Got it, thank you
One just showed up one day, no damn idea from where, and then it turned out that drakes get lonely so we had to get him a friend!
Christopher and Charles...
I also have a flock of volunteer chickens that came from neighboring homes that were destroyed by Hurricane Helene and the people had to leave. I would take pictures, but they are a scraggly crew of punk rock chickens, missing a lot of tails, and in rough shape.
But they are laying eggs!
Can you see the tiny bird sitting with Miss Mimi Dog?
I'm stepping up and adding a goose this Spring.
Like it or not
😃
I'm an eco nut. ☺
Yep, we do the same thing… less guilt that way..😁
Glass is supposed to be impermeable.
It's when the original food is totally unrecognizable that it gets really nasty!
Like the thing that's growing has totally replaced the original food!
It had hidden and escaped our weekly clean out and purge cycle...
Yuck 🤮
We did a big clean out last week and my husband was showing me all the gross things he found.
My husband likes to put the new stuff we buy or make in the fridge precariously balanced.
Without the weekly fridge purging, we'd have the nasty accumulation of old food toppling on us.
Avalanche of gross!!!
He's the sweetest & does it totally unintentionally, which makes it hilarious

Trump’s government let’s half a billion worth of food rot in crates instead of distribute it to the needy who were waiting for USAid🤬
Never the same twice.
Who melts cheddar on sweet-and-sour pork? 🤢
