Well said. Jeremy and Rachel Reeves's reply to your question in Parliament was unforgivable. It's what you come to expect from a Labour Government more interesting in sucking up to Trump. In 2004, under a Labour Government, supported America's War with Iraq. What will it be next?
One of the greatest Labour PMs we never had.
He was called unelectable yet in the GE he actually got more votes than Johnson.
Corbyn was defeated by our outdated ‘FPTP’ electoral system not the Tories!
It's disgusting. It's like how Republicans here killed the enhanced child tax credit and immediately increased the child poverty rate here by over 50%. Unforgivable.
The UK needs a wealth tax and UBI instead of UC, not more austerity.
All the years that we spent working for Labour none more so than Jeremy Corbyn I wouldn’t cross the road for Labour now. One of the crimes? I was suspended for was retweeting a tweet by the brilliant Mr Corbyn.
I don't recognise the Labour party anymore, all we have seen in the party is a steady decline of socialist values since Blair the abolished Clause 4, to this point where our party, the supposed part of the people, not the wealthy elite, is attacking the most vulnerable in our society
Sadly @teamlabouruk.bsky.social isn't a Labour party, its an extension of the @conservatives.bsky.social party. Its all about the money, British politics has been binned, along with disabled folk, its disgusting, and must be illegal in some way.
They have money to increase defence spending (in a country not at war or currently threatened by anyone), but not to ensure the most vulnerable get their basic needs met. This is Tory policy. Prioritising war over the eradication of poverty is an ideological choice.
Waiting to increase defence spending until you *are* at war or threatened might be considered as being too late. Given global politics at the moment, I'm not convinced they're wrong on that one, but there's better ways of balancing the books than torturing the poor and disabled.
Since the government could easily raise all the money they need to lift everyone in this country out of poverty and increase defence spending by reforming the tax system and taxing the super wealthy and global corporations more, there really is no excuse for what they are choosing to do.
UK "Labour" is no longer Labour. You were their last hope. But combined forces including the billionaire-owned UK media and too many "Labour" MPs made sure you were taken out.
You are absolutely correct Mr Corbyn. I’m furious. I will never vote Labour again. Please start a new party sir 🙏. We need better a option than Tories and Tories wearing red.
Unless something significant changes within the Party between now and 2029 (if we make it that far), I can't, in all good conscience, vote Labour in the next election. Simple as.
I don't *want* to abandon the party but I feel like I don't have a choice. I'm not sure what the alternative is.
The so called Labour Party is no more just a bunch of arrogant soulless "MPs" sucking up to a two-faced Starver.
We need a new Party where integrity rules.

I would never have voted for Labour (as I have done ever since I was eligible to vote) had I known that this is how they would behave.
They’re attacking the most vulnerable people in our society, and I’ll never vote for them again.
With the return of Labour into the hands of Capital, there is no democratic mechanism within the political party system remaining to represent the interests of ordinary people. Smaller parties are locked out of govt. All that is left are TUs and political activism.
Hi 👋, My family in Gaza lost everything after more than a year of war and now live in a tent without basic needs. Any donation or sharing our story can help. Thank you so much 🙏

Is there anyone Starmer isn't a lacky to?
Zionists, Trilateral Commission, Arms Industry donors, private healthcare carpet baggers... It's all so obviously a hostile takeover.
He was always a Manchurian candidate. I could see it clearly all the way from Ireland. Can't understand how so many couldn't see it closer to their home.
Quite a lot of us did, but in the interests of ousting the Tories, what real choice did we have? A lot of people would not have survived another 5 years of Tory bullshittery.
Labour are dead, how can anyone who voted labour believe a word they say again. They totally duped me into voting for them with a manifesto that's not worth the paper its written on. Sorry but from now on the greens get my vote.

Unfortunately, someone like Starmer is too far left for Americans.
Cheaper to just kill them obviously, but they're piloting that on the disabled right now
