I am fuzzy on the details but I think the original tariff law allowed Congress to reclaim and override the Presidential tariff power with simple majority votes in both houses, but our Supreme Court decided that was unconstitutional and now they need to pass a law and override any veto. Great job!

Based on this bill he wouldn't have had to tell congress about these tariffs until today, and they would stick for at least 60 more days. If they want to settle tariffs before impeachment they should take them away from him permanently and immediately.
