Shout out to the United States, where gas, the transition fuel, is now emitting as much as coal did in the early 2010s

Is this the CO2 emitted in the preparation of cement before it dries (without counting CO2 emission from energy consumption to prepare it)?
Or is dry cement emitting stuff all the time?
Although coal plants also leak methane..

It’s so hard not over here because nobody cares
Worse than expected.
Just as humans deserve but not as the non humans deserve…they don’t ask to be made extinct :(
We need more clean energy that’s for sure
It's not going to be good for any of us
(Yes, I know that waiting 36 months at all is a shitty idea)
Imagine what would have happened if it is not for the NG
It has to be a trade during the green transition
Lots of resource wars going on already but under the guise of other things.
When western countries can no longer feed their people it will be bedlam really fast.
Oh and Microsoft reactivating the closed down nuclear power station just for their server farm. Collapse can’t come fast enough.
Some claimed it was a bridge to nowhere but apparently, like the rest of U.S. fossil fuel policy, it is trying hard to build a bridge to the Miocene.
A lot of the production of this intercepts methane that would otherwise be released into the atmosphere and it's use reduces it to less warming CO2.

Hydrogen is the same nonsensical distraction.

After all, how could it be bad if the words industry chose to describe it sound so good?
We've got trouble in paradise aka West Aust because big gas reserves (est 443 tcf) mean we can't move gov't off gas

Fossil gas is a transition into madness.
