Actually, the shift comes now. Rain Season just arrived, so things will soon be greening up. Time to don Goretex and race out into the rain to plant this season's batch of bunch grasses and wildflower seeds, etc., so they can use the entire rainy season to establish before our 7-mo summer drought.
