Just arrived at my local hospital. It’s packed with immigrants.
They are treating patients, manning reception desks, and serving food to visitors.
Is this the “island of strangers” that Keir Starmer denounces?
Why are Labour so afraid to recognise the contributions made by migrants to our country?

Most Labour members & supporters are at best disappointed at worst seriously pissed off by his cynical attempts to woo Reform flirters at the expense of Labour integrity.
He has made a grave misjudgment.
The bin you live in is over there
Saying that
KS should listen & respect the views of most of his party
using emotive & divisive language that allows the RW media to
say he is pandering to Farage is not a good thing
he should be concentrating instead on the causes of immigration
is more like Wilson than Corbyn!
I am so angry at the way with them.
It's the causes of immigration that is the problem, not immigration.
Starmer did denigrate their contribution … “incalculable damage” … “island of strangers” … these were harsh criticisms
I personally think most of those measures from 'the speech' will just becone an unworkable dead end.
I'm happy with current immigration policy other than that.
No... me neither. 🤮
A fucking lot!
Where’s he leading from? The running scared pitch?
Id rather crash and burn following a headstrong believer than follow this blancmange 😕
