I don't think that's what they're saying. There is a fundamental flaw in the constitution: if the enforcement branch of government is the one breaking the law, and they just choose to simply *ignore* the other two branches' checks/balances...

I think Orban may be a greater influence than even the Project 2025 template. I also believe Elon Musk is the real power center, and he’s doing everything to enrich himself, from scraping data to meddling with the Treasury payment system.

That description is too passive. The Republicans, who have all the power right now, are ignoring/shredding/abandoning the Constitution. It's not happening by chance, they are allowing and enabling this to happen. It is their responsibility.
