I always think of a celebrity as “someone who is celebrated”, but that’s not how most people use it.
I went looking for backup myself and I found the first definition which I thought proved my point. Then I found the second which I thought might also until I saw the citation.
most important thing here is that you said 'like Miss Piggy' bc u understand that she IS the star and celebrities WOULD dress like HER, not the other way around. 😁
