There's a bug/feature in the text input tool they use. When it sees a naked single quote followed by anything (most often S) it deletes the single quote and what follows until it gets to the next blank space. Happens every time. Could be ye olde "looking for a second closing single quote" freakout.

Could be a single quote vs. apostrophe problem, that is, their text input tool cannot render apostrophes and converts them to single quotes. There are so many ways it can go wrong. I'd try unicode.
