Can recommend house of the dead it holds up shockingly well for a arcade lightgun port.

That's sick. I got a saturn lately and love it, sadly it's out of service at the moment
It's display started bugging, meaning I have to figure out if it's a port issue, power issue or a capacitor issue. And I don't know how to figure it out lol.

Easy, you just throw files on an SD card, shove it in the back of the Satiator, then shove that in the back of the Saturn.

Thats awesome. I don't like the idea of taking the drives out of working consoles.

We only had like 4 Saturn games and one of them was The Mansion of Hidden Souls (sequel to Mansion of Hidden Souls). Very important game.

How does the saroo stack up? Should I get that instead? I'd like to see a vs shootout on the channel

I’m not on the channel but I do have both.
IMO stark difference are price, manufacturing and implementation.
Saroo is much cheaper, fully open source: both in software and hardware; which is cool but hardware production is all over the place.

Finally Saroo uses CD block so MPEG card won’t run and allegedly some games don’t as well. Didn’t had any issue with compatibility tho.
Oh also Saroo offers 4MB expansion and manages your saves as well.

I would suggest Satiator for a more “refined” product and if the cart slot has to be used.
Saroo instead if something cheap and fast is required. Incase you want to play Lunar MPEG you can just burn it and run it with Saroo.
