I was a cashier for 10 years and I thought about a deck building game where you collect various Jesus paraphernalia for cards(they love giving stuff to people paid to be nice lol) but this idea is also pretty solid and on point.
I'm imagining a simulator of you being the shop dude from Links Awakening and you can just fucking wreck people with lightning if they steal from you. They respawn but they know the fear of God now lol
My kid does the opposite hack where she plays GTA like the Sims and just takes the bus to the pier and hangs out. Or she calls a cab, not to steal, just to get a ride.
This is me playing GTA, like “oh crimes? No thank you, I just want to drive around checking things out…oh thank you kind sir, I did need a lift! No no I don’t want your car, that would be very crimeful of me!”
not that exactly but Negative Nancy is great in that your entire way to interact with the world is to say "no" or do nothing and it makes you a pretty awful service industry employee
Sorta! There's a game called "I am a Part-Time Worker!!" which is kind of this. You manage the store but also you beat the shit out of unruly customers.

Something tells me this would replace therapy for a lot of people.
it's great
Should have used an anonymous/throwaway account to ask for fantasy 'revenge on customers games'.
Wait, Going Postal comes to mind.
