I think those things are trashy and stupid but also an indicator of what ‘thing’ is driving so we all know to stay away from it. You just know there’s a red hat in the cab with it.

It wasn't that specifically, but a consequence of a bill banning all public depictions of genetalia and sexual organs. Some senator up north saw a trans woman's breast at a rally and got offended, and this is the result.

Not sure about standard moob size. The law only addresses “female” breasts, or those medically hormonally altered to appear “female”. They didn’t outlaw the “Big Guy Stripper” mud flaps, which look like a B-cup, so moobs are probably cool.
