I did over on Mastodon and got a confirmation like too, but I think there was a bug in Bluesky because I remember seeing a discussion about someone not appearing on a list even though they were added around that time.

Oh that’s ok, I didn’t take any rudeness from your message. Sorry if I missed you somehow, to work around any bugs I’ve recently started refreshing the browser tab or relaunching the app before adding people to lists — if it was a week or two ago then it’s distinctly possible I ran into a bug.
