I had to rephrase my previous post a few times so it didn’t sound like I disliked the SH3 scenes.
Amazing graphics, and the lighting in this game is just fantastic.
Final Fantasy X (PS2) 2001.
Halo 2 (Xbox) 2004.
Crysis 3 (PS3 / 360) 2013.

Outrun 2006 (PSP)
Vagrant Story (PSX)
Star Fox Adventures (GC)
Here's The Misadventures of Flink
Would recommend looking at a video of the game, screenshots alone don't do justice to some of the effects that game has, it's nuts
...There wasn't a single available GIF of the game, so you'll have to take my word for it.
If only Camelot could have released the originals, just so we could appreciate them...
Ginga Fukei Densetsu Sapphire (PC Engine CD + Arcade Card)
Gundam Wing Endless Duel (Super Nintendo)
K-ON Houkago Live (PSP)
not to mention the lighting from the torch
Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater (2004)
Conker: Live and Reloaded (2005)
Sonic Unleashed HD (2008)
Dragon Ball Origins
Blood of Bahamut
Fighting Fantasy
Dementium II
Xenoblade Chronicles X (Wii U)

The Lost World: Jurassic Park (Mega Drive)
Road Rash (Master System)
Wacky Races (Game Boy Color)
It has large scale environments featuring dense foilage, huge draw distances, ragdoll physics, etc. all seemingly at 60fps.
It's also just a pretty solid & polished action game.

Same goes with that Mario 64 remake for the same system:

Shadow of the Beast (Amiga)
Dragon's Lair (GBC)
Star Wars Arcade (32X)
The Last Blade 2 (Neo Geo)
Alan Wake 2 (PS5)
Killzone Mercenary (Vita)
Sin and Punishment (N64)
Crysis (2007 PCs)
Even down to the wing suit brake system and the design of the Halls of Justice :)
I'm not exactly a killzone fan but I had a great time with mercenaries
Hundreds of NPCs getting torn appart, at a buttery smooth 60FPS. I still think either @dark1x.bsky.social or @stopskeletons.bsky.social should tackle this game someday, because what Creative Assembly did here is mighty impressive.
This game looks so good that I think they should barely touch it if they ever remaster the Xenosaga games.

People who say the Switch is "inferior" clearly have not played Bayonetta, especially because Nintendo consoles are her home now. (It's still a third-party, but they saved it)
How did they get a game that looks this good to run at 60 frames on the Switch?!
For me:
FFXII on PS2
Ironfall Invasion on 3DS
Moon/Dementium (same engine/developer) on DS
Metroid Prime Remastered on Switch
Gravity Rush (PS Vita)
