As an editor, however, who uses MLA, CMOS and APA styles, I have to deal with that dreaded Oxford thing all the time.
When I’m being precise, I tend to write even lists of 2 with commas: “The solutions to this equation are x = 2, x = 7.” But that’s discipline-specific.

That said, you can pry my Oxford comma out of my cold, dead hands.
Two spaces is the hill I live on and I shall never leave it.

There is no such thing as right and wrong. I’m quite capable, but there are some things I don’t want to do alone. You say you won’t judge but…If I list all the ways I’ve learned from my past mistakes, you’d stop listening. So stop yelling at me…you’re still just interrupting.
