About 15 years ago there were a lot of doctors starting side hussles claiming to be able to help other doctors increase their digital footprint. I suspect some of these people paid to be included on this list. Look at the ads on the bottom.

I remember some grad students possibly med students did a study on the most influential gynecologists on twitter and Jen Gunther was not listed.
She was hurt and had every right being how hard she works to share information about women's health and fight myths. The study was flawed

I don't recall their exact study but it involved search terms on twitter for 1 day. The search words were very limited. There were not several versions of obstetrics/gynecology abbreviations. I think there was 1? I think everyone would agree Jen Gunther is very influential about women's health!

She could not get away from it.
I went and read the study in detail and learned the flaws because I was in shock that she was not listed! I think she is very well known and respected by physicians and patients alike.
